Data We Collect: We collect your Facebook Page ID, Page Name, Page Access Token, Instagram Business Account ID, Instagram Username, Profile Picture, and the content of messages/comments sent to your connected Pages/Accounts.
Purpose of Processing: This data is used SOLELY to provide the core functionality of our service: enabling you to view and reply to customer messages from a unified inbox dashboard.
No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, transfer, or share your Platform Data with third parties (such as ad networks or data brokers) for their own independent marketing or advertising purposes.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.

Automated Deletion: You can disconnect a channel directly from your Omniwara dashboard settings, which will stop accurate data collection for that channel.
Full Account Deletion: To request the permanent deletion of your Omniwara account and all stored Facebook/Instagram Platform Data, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and permanently delete all your data from our servers within 30 days.
